Pricing Overview

The MyCloudIT management platform is one low flat fee or $8 per user, per month.

There are four components to consider when pricing out a solution:

Migration services off Azure RemoteApp: FREE
MyCloudIT License Fee: $8 per user, per month
Remote Desktop Services License: $6 per user, per month OR bring your own RDS SALS or RDS CALS + SA
Azure Runtime Costs: vary based on monthly consumption. Bring your own Azure subscription of purchase directly from MyCloudIT at a 10% discount off retail Azure pricing.

MyCloudIT is built to help you reduce Azure runtime costs

MyCloudIT Auto-Scheduler: automate the start up and shutdown of your complete deployment or just specific VM’s. This will significantly reduce your runtime costs.
Enable Auto-Scaling: enable your subscription to only use the number of session hosts required to support the concurrent user count of your deployment.
